Transportation Code § 201.931","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Digital signature\" means an electronic identifier intended by the person using it to have the same force and effect as the use of a manual signature.\n(2) \"License\" means a license or permit for a commercial sign issued under Chapter 391 or for an off-premise sign issued under Chapter 394.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1171, Sec. 1.15, eff.
