Transportation Code § 201.992","heading":"ANNUAL UPDATE TO UNIFIED TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM.","body":"(a) The department shall annually update the unified transportation program.\n(b) The annual update must include:\n(1) the annual funding forecast required by Section 201.993;\n(2) the list of major transportation projects required by Section 201.994(b);\n(3) the category to which the project has been assigned and the priority of the project in the category under Section 201.995; and\n(4) the analysis required by Section 201.808(i).\n(c) The department shall collaborate with local transportation entities to develop the annual update to the unified transportation program.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1345 (S.B. 1420), Sec. 25, eff.
