Transportation Code § 203.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Controlled access highway\" means a designated state highway to or from which access is denied or controlled, in whole or in part, from or to adjoining real property or an intersecting public or private way, without regard to whether the designated state highway is located in or outside a municipality.\n(2) \"Person\" includes an individual, corporation, association, or firm.\n(3) \"Public or private way\" includes a street, road, highway, or alley.\n(4) \"State agency\" includes a department or agency of this state.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
