Transportation Code § 203.062","heading":"PAYMENT FOR REAL PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY EMINENT DOMAIN.","body":"(a) If the department acquires real property through the exercise of the power of eminent domain, the comptroller may issue a warrant as required by the judgment of the court.\n(b) The comptroller may also issue a warrant to be deposited into the court as required by law to entitle the department to take possession of the property.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
