Transportation Code § 21.065","heading":"AERONAUTICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND FLIGHT CLINICS.","body":"(a) The department may:\n(1) organize and administer an aeronautical education program in colleges and schools of this state and for the public; and\n(2) prepare and conduct one or more flight clinics for air crews.\n(b) The department may charge for conducting a program or clinic under Subsection (a).\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
