Transportation Code § 21.107","heading":"AVIATION FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.","body":"(a) The commission, with the advice of the aviation advisory committee, through the preparation and adoption of an aviation facilities development program, shall provide for a statewide airport system to serve the state's air transportation needs for the least practicable cost.\n(b) The program must identify:\n(1) the requirements for aviation facilities;\n(2) the location of aviation facilities;\n(3) the timing of aviation facilities;\n(4) eligibility for funding; and\n(5) the investment necessary for the program.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
