Transportation Code § 21.108","heading":"AVIATION FACILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.","body":"(a) The commission, with the advice of the aviation advisory committee, shall prepare a multiyear aviation facilities capital improvement program.\n(b) The aviation facilities capital improvement program must:\n(1) include the priorities determined under Section 21.106; and\n(2) have an estimated annual cost for the total program that is approximately equal to the revenue that is forecast to be available for aviation facilities development during the year.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
