Transportation Code § 21.109","heading":"REVIEW AND REVISION OF AVIATION FACILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.","body":"The commission, with the advice of the aviation advisory committee, shall:\n(1) periodically review the capital improvement program to determine the need to:\n(A) revise the system development criteria;\n(B) add or delete aviation facility requirements;\n(C) revise program priorities; and\n(D) add, delete, or revise the scope of projects in the program; and\n(2) revise the program at least annually.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
