Transportation Code § 21.155","heading":"INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.","body":"(a) A district court of a county in which a violation of this chapter or a rule, order, or decree of the department under this chapter has occurred may restrain and enjoin the person who committed the violation from committing a further violation.\n(b) The court may grant injunctive relief:\n(1) in a suit for a civil penalty brought under this chapter; or\n(2) on application of the department, the attorney general, a district or county attorney, or a competing air carrier even if a suit for a civil penalty has not been brought.\n(c) The department, attorney general, or district or county attorney is not required to post a bond when seeking injunctive relief under this section.\n(d) In this section, \"air carrier\" means a person who, wholly or partly in this state, owns, controls, operates, or manages an aircraft as a common carrier in the transportation of persons or property for compensation but does not include an air carrier who operates between a place in this state and a place outside this state.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
