Transportation Code § 21.156","heading":"ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER.","body":"(a) The department may enforce this chapter by revoking or suspending a lease or permit.\n(b) The department shall notify the attorney general of a violation of this chapter. The attorney general may bring suit to enforce this chapter in a district court of the defendant's county of residence.\n(c) The court may enforce this chapter by injunction or other appropriate legal process.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
