Transportation Code § 22.091","heading":"CONFIDENTIALITY OF CERTAIN INFORMATION COLLECTED BY JOINT BOARD.","body":"Personal identifying information collected by a joint board for which the constituent agencies are populous home-rule municipalities is confidential and not subject to disclosure under Chapter 552, Government Code, if the information collected is in relation to:\n(1) a commercial online payment system and includes a person's:\n(A) name, address, e-mail address, or phone number;\n(B) account number, password, payment transaction activity, toll or charge record, or credit, debit, or other payment card number; or\n(C) other personal financial information; or\n(2) a person's use of an airport facility that includes:\n(A) the person's name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and zip code;\n(B) the person's license plate number, toll tag number, and credit, debit, or other payment card number;\n(C) the dates the person's vehicle was parked at a parking facility, the date the person's vehicle exited the parking facility, and the amount the person paid to park in the parking facility;\n(D) the person's profile name associated with a purchase or other online or in-person activity;\n(E) the person's travel dates and flight information;\n(F) the dates, times, and amounts of any purchase made by the person; or\n(G) the person's airport lounge memberships and trusted traveler information.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 393 (S.B. 1023), Sec. 1, eff.
