Transportation Code § 225.026","heading":"FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD 390; SCENIC HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) Farm-to-Market Road 390 in Washington County is a scenic highway.\n(b) The department shall design and construct markers indicating the highway number, the designation as a scenic highway, and any other appropriate information.\n(c) The department shall erect a marker at each end of the scenic highway and at intermediate sites along the highway that the department determines are appropriate.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
