Transportation Code § 225.0274","heading":"173D AIRBORNE BRIGADE MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) State Highway 173 between its intersection with State Highway 16 near Kerrville and its intersection with State Highway 16 near Jourdanton is designated as the 173d Airborne Brigade Memorial Highway.\n(b) The department shall design and construct memorial markers indicating the highway number, the designation as the 173d Airborne Brigade Memorial Highway, and any other appropriate information.\n(c) The department shall erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 449, Sec. 1, eff.
