Transportation Code § 225.0402","heading":"PRESTON TRAIL HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) State Highway 289 is designated as the Preston Trail Highway.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall design and construct markers indicating the highway number, the designation as the Preston Trail Highway, and any other appropriate information. The department shall erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 361 (H.B. 1272), Sec. 1, eff.
