HOSKINS MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) The portion of U.S. Highway 271 from Loop 286 north to the Texas-Oklahoma border is designated as the Sergeant Jay M. Hoskins Memorial Highway.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the highway number, the designation as the Sergeant Jay M. Hoskins Memorial Highway, and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1117 (S.B. 1925), Sec. 1, eff.
