GENERAL MARC CISNEROS HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) Notwithstanding Section 225.001(c), the portion of Business U.S. Highway 281-S in the municipal limits of Premont is designated as the Lt. General Marc Cisneros Highway. The designation is in addition to any other designation.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Lt. General Marc Cisneros Highway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 929 (H.B. 1534), Sec. 1, eff.
