Transportation Code § 225.102","heading":"CAPTAIN JESSE BILLINGSLEY MEMORIAL LOOP IN BASTROP COUNTY.","body":"(a) State Highway Loop 223 in McDade, Bastrop County, is designated as the Captain Jesse Billingsley Memorial Loop.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Captain Jesse Billingsley Memorial Loop and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the loop and at appropriate intermediate sites along the loop.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 647 (S.B. 2055), Sec. 1, eff.
