PAULING MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) The portion of State Highway 87 from the bridge over the intercoastal canal in Port Arthur to its intersection with Farm-to-Market Road 3322 in Sabine Pass is designated as the Texas Game Warden Michael C. Pauling Memorial Highway.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Texas Game Warden Michael C. Pauling Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 293 (H.B. 1963), Sec. 1, eff.
