Transportation Code § 225.114","heading":"SERGEANT MICHAEL NAYLOR MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) The portion of State Highway 191 in Midland County is designated as the Sergeant Michael Naylor Memorial Highway.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Sergeant Michael Naylor Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1233 (S.B. 2041), Sec. 1, eff.
