Transportation Code § 225.129","heading":"KOLLYN GENE BARTON MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) The portion of Farm-to-Market Road 666 in Nueces County between its intersection with State Highway 44 and Farm-to-Market Road 624 is designated as the Kollyn Gene Barton Memorial Highway.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Kollyn Gene Barton Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 533 (S.B. 312), Sec. 26, eff.
