Transportation Code § 225.130","heading":"BEDFORD-CARMICHAEL BRIDGE.","body":"(a) The structure on State Highway 6 located in Eastland County adjacent to Lake Cisco connecting the north and south banks of Sandy Creek is designated as the Bedford-Carmichael Bridge.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Bedford-Carmichael Bridge and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the structure.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 533 (S.B. 312), Sec. 26, eff.
