Transportation Code § 225.153","heading":"RICHARD OVERTON MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) The portion of State Loop 111 in Travis County between its northern intersection with Levander Loop and its intersection with Farm-to-Market Road 969 is designated as the Richard Overton Memorial Highway. The designation is in addition to any other designation.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Richard Overton Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at appropriate sites along the loop.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 184 (H.B. 1821), Sec. 1, eff.
