Transportation Code § 225.154","heading":"CORPORAL ROEL GARCIA MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) The portion of U.S. Highway 281 in Brooks County between its intersection with County Road 304 and Farm-to-Market Road 755 is designated as the Corporal Roel Garcia Memorial Highway.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Corporal Roel Garcia Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 328 (S.B. 228), Sec. 1, eff.
