R. \"TOM\" UHER MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) The portion of State Highway 35 in Matagorda County is designated as the D. R. \"Tom\" Uher Memorial Highway.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the D. R. \"Tom\" Uher Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 498 (H.B. 4727), Sec. 1, eff.
