Transportation Code § 225.161","heading":"BOB FORD MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) The portion of U.S. Highway 180 in Gaines County between its intersection with Farm-to-Market Road 1757 and the eastern municipal boundary of Seminole is designated as the Bob Ford Memorial Highway.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Bob Ford Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 828 (H.B. 2577), Sec. 1, eff.
