Transportation Code § 225.163","heading":"BARBARA JORDAN MEMORIAL PARKWAY.","body":"(a) The portion of State Highway 288 in Harris County beginning at the Cleburne Street exit and continuing until the intersection of State Highway 288 and Beltway 8 is designated as the Barbara Jordan Memorial Parkway.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Barbara Jordan Memorial Parkway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the parkway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the parkway.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1035 (H.B. 519), Sec. 1, eff.
