Transportation Code § 225.165","heading":"PETE SALINAS TRAIL.","body":"(a) The portion of Farm-to-Market Road 716 in Duval County between its intersection with State Highway 339 and its intersection with Farm-to-Market Road 1329 is designated as Pete Salinas Trail.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Pete Salinas Trail and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1209 (H.B. 4762), Sec. 1, eff.
