MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) The portion of State Highway Loop 375 in El Paso County between mile marker 41 and mile marker 44 is designated as the Trooper Javier Arana Jr. Memorial Highway. The designation is in addition to any other designation.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Trooper Javier Arana Jr. Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 927 (H.B. 3512), Sec. 1, eff.
