Transportation Code § 225.196","heading":"TROOPER RICHARD DALE COTTLE MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) The portion of Interstate Highway 35 in McLennan County between mile marker 341 and mile marker 351 is designated as the Trooper Richard Dale Cottle Memorial Highway. The designation is in addition to any other designation.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Trooper Richard Dale Cottle Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 927 (H.B. 3512), Sec. 1, eff.
