Transportation Code § 225.198","heading":"TROOPER MARK JEFFREY PHEBUS MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) The portion of Farm-to-Market Road 1774 in Montgomery County between its intersection with Misty Meadow Drive and its intersection with Hunters Road is designated as the Trooper Mark Jeffrey Phebus Memorial Highway. The designation is in addition to any other designation.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Trooper Mark Jeffrey Phebus Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 927 (H.B. 3512), Sec. 1, eff.
