BENTLEY III MEMORIAL LOOP.","body":"(a) State Loop 256 in the city of Palestine is designated as the Bascom W. Bentley III Memorial Loop.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Bascom W.
