Transportation Code § 225.224","heading":"TROOPER WILLIAM KOHLLEPPEL III MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) The portion of Interstate Highway 10 in Austin County between its intersection with State Highway 36 and its intersection with the Austin-Colorado county line is designated as the Trooper William Kohlleppel III Memorial Highway. The designation is in addition to any other designation.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Trooper William Kohlleppel III Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 865 (H.B. 3672), Sec. 2, eff.
