Transportation Code § 225.230","heading":"MILDRED MCMILLAN GARRETT MEMORIAL BRIDGE.","body":"(a) The State Highway 19 bridge crossing Lake Fork Reservoir in Rains County is designated as the Mildred McMillan Garrett Memorial Bridge.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Mildred McMillan Garrett Memorial Bridge and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the bridge.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1060 (S.B. 414), Sec. 1, eff.
