Transportation Code § 225.243 (10)","heading":"BILL STOUDT PARKWAY.","body":"Text of section as added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 829 (S.B. 1423), Sec. 1\nSee also other Secs. 225.243 added by the 89th Legislature.\n(a) The portion of Farm-to-Market Road 2275 in Gregg County between its intersection with U.S. Highway 259 and its intersection with Spur 502/Judson Road is designated as the Bill Stoudt Parkway. The designation is in addition to any other designation.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Bill Stoudt Parkway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 829 (S.B. 1423), Sec. 1, eff.
