Transportation Code § 225.246","heading":"TROOPER KEVIN RAMIREZ VASQUEZ MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.","body":"Text of section as added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 122 (H.B. 1708), Sec. 1\nFor text of section as added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 729 (H.B. 1960), Sec. 1, see other Sec. 225.246.\n(a) The portion of State Highway 302 in Ector County between its intersection with Farm-to-Market Road 2019 and the Ector-Winkler County line is designated as the Trooper Kevin Ramirez Vasquez Memorial Highway.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Trooper Kevin Ramirez Vasquez Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 122 (H.B. 1708), Sec. 1, eff.
