Transportation Code § 225.248","heading":"CLARENCE \"BB\" SASSER MEDAL OF HONOR HIGHWAY.","body":"(a) Notwithstanding Section 225.001(c), the portion of Farm-to-Market Road 521 in Brazoria County is designated as the Clarence \"BB\" Sasser Medal of Honor Highway.\n(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:\n(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Clarence \"BB\" Sasser Medal of Honor Highway and any other appropriate information; and\n(2) erect a marker at appropriate sites along the highway.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 718 (H.B. 227), Sec. 1, eff.
