Transportation Code § 228.0546","heading":"INVOICE REQUIREMENTS; PAYMENT DUE DATE.","body":"An invoice containing an assessment for the use of a toll project must:\n(1) require payment not later than the 30th day after the date the invoice is mailed; and\n(2) conspicuously state:\n(A) the amount due;\n(B) the date by which the amount due must be paid; and\n(C) that failure to pay the amount due in the required period will result in the assessment of an administrative fee.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 533 (S.B. 312), Sec. 31, eff.
