Transportation Code § 252.107","heading":"REPORT OF ROAD COMMISSIONER.","body":"(a) At each regular term of the commissioners court, a road commissioner shall give a report under oath to the court that:\n(1) includes an itemized account of the money the road commissioner has received to be spent on roads and bridges and the use made of the money;\n(2) describes the condition of the roads, bridges, and culverts in the road commissioner's district; and\n(3) includes any other information the court requires.\n(b) The road commissioner shall make other reports at any time the commissioners court requires.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
