Transportation Code § 252.207","heading":"REPORT OF ROAD SUPERINTENDENT.","body":"(a) A road superintendent shall make a sworn report to the commissioners court at each regular term of the court showing:\n(1) an itemized account of the money the road superintendent has received belonging to the road fund;\n(2) the person from whom the money was received;\n(3) the use the road superintendent has made of the money;\n(4) the condition of the roads and bridges in the county or precinct; and\n(5) any other matter on which the court requires information.\n(b) A road superintendent shall make other reports as required by the commissioners court.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
