Transportation Code § 252.216","heading":"DRAINAGE ALONG PUBLIC ROAD.","body":"(a) A commissioners court or, with the approval of the commissioners court, a road superintendent may authorize a person to make a drain along a public road to drain the person's property.\n(b) The person must make the drain under the direction of the commissioners court, road superintendent, or a person designated by the commissioners court.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
