Transportation Code § 252.305","heading":"OATH; BONDS.","body":"(a) A county road engineer must take the official oath of office.\n(b) As required by the commissioners court, the county road engineer and other administrative personnel of the county road department must give a bond in an amount and with a surety approved by the commissioners court.
