Transportation Code § 283.207","heading":"BOND APPROVAL AND REGISTRATION.","body":"(a) A bond issued under this chapter may be presented to the attorney general for approval in the same manner and with like effect as is provided for the approval of a tax bond issued by a county.\n(b) After approval by the attorney general, the comptroller shall register the bonds as in the case of other county bonds.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
