Transportation Code § 284.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Bond instrument\" means a bond trust indenture and a bond resolution.\n(2) \"Bond resolution\" means an order or resolution of a commissioners court authorizing the issuance of bonds.\n(3) \"Project\" means:\n(A) a causeway, bridge, tunnel, turnpike, highway, ferry, or any combination of those facilities, including:\n(i) a necessary overpass, underpass, interchange, entrance plaza, toll house, service station, approach, fixture, and accessory and necessary equipment that has been designated as part of the project by order of a county;\n(ii) necessary administration, storage, and other buildings that have been designated as part of the project by order of a county; and\n(iii) all property rights, easements, and related interests acquired; or\n(B) a turnpike project or system, as those terms are defined by Section 370.003.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
