Transportation Code § 284.073","heading":"POWERS AND DUTIES OF RECEIVER.","body":"(a) A receiver appointed for a project may enter, take possession of, and maintain the project.\n(b) A receiver may collect all revenues and tolls from the project in the same manner as the county.\n(c) A receiver shall dispose of the money collected in accordance with the obligations of the county under the bond instrument and as the court that appoints the receiver directs.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
