Transportation Code § 284.205","heading":"CITATION OR SUMMONS.","body":"(a) A citation or summons issued under this subchapter must:\n(1) inform the recipient of the time and place of the hearing; and\n(2) notify the person charged with a violation that the person has the right of a hearing without delay.\n(b) The original or any copy of the summons or citation is a record kept in the ordinary course of business of the county and is rebuttable proof of the facts it contains.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 30.18(a), eff.
