Transportation Code § 284.210","heading":"APPEAL OF HEARING OFFICER DECISION.","body":"(a) A person determined by a hearing officer to be in violation of an order may appeal the determination to a county court at law.\n(b) To appeal, the person must file a petition with the court not later than the 30th day after the date the hearing officer's decision is filed with the county clerk. The petition must be accompanied by payment of the costs required by law for the court.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 30.18(a), eff.
