Transportation Code § 311.034","heading":"CONTROL OF INTERSECTING STREET.","body":"The governing body of a municipality may:\n(1) close a street in the municipality at or near the place the street intersects a freeway;\n(2) provide for the construction of a street over or under a freeway;\n(3) connect a street with a freeway; or\n(4) perform other actions on a street as necessary to carry out a power granted by this section.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
