Transportation Code § 342.106","heading":"TEMPORARY LICENSE.","body":"(a) Between regular terms of a commissioners court of a county a person may obtain from the county judge a temporary license to operate a public ferry until the next regular term of the commissioners court.\n(b) The holder of a temporary license may impose the toll rates imposed at other ferries operating on the same body of water for which the temporary license is issued.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
