Transportation Code § 365.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Bonds\" means tax bonds, tax and revenue bonds, revenue bonds, tax anticipation notes, revenue anticipation notes, grant anticipation notes, or a combination of those evidences of indebtedness.\n(2) \"District\" means a district created under Chapter 441 or Subchapter B, Chapter 257.\n(3) \"Toll road project\" means a road, street, highway, or turnpike constructed under this chapter and includes:\n(A) a necessary bridge, overpass, underpass, interchange, entrance plaza, approach, toll structure, or service station;\n(B) an administration, storage, or other necessary building; and\n(C) property rights, easements, and interests acquired in connection with the project.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
