Transportation Code § 370.257","heading":"PUBLIC ACCESS.","body":"An authority shall:\n(1) make and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the board to speak on any issue under the jurisdiction of the authority; and\n(2) prepare and maintain a written plan that describes how an individual who does not speak English or who has a physical, mental, or developmental disability may be provided reasonable access to the authority's programs.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1325, Sec. 2.01, eff.
